Ingredients

  • 2 Jalapeno peppers seeds removed, and cut into slices or diced
  • 1 shallot finely diced
  • 1 can diced pineapple or 1/2 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh cracked pepper
