Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup freshly snipped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Combine all of the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. 2 cups diced fresh pineapple, 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper, 1 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup freshly snipped cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  2. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
