- 2 cups diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper
- 1 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup freshly snipped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the salsa ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. 2 cups diced fresh pineapple, 1/4 cup diced jalapeno pepper, 1 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup freshly snipped cilantro, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
