Pineapple Mango Green Smoothie

This bright and fruity green smoothie is made with pineapple, mango, apple and spinach. It makes the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert for sipping on-the-go!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup English cucumber (cut in thick slices)
  • 1 medium green apple (cored and cut in chunks)
  • 2 cups spinach (or leafy greens of choice)
  • ⅓ cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • ⅓ cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ cup water
  • ice (to thicken)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add ice to thicken. Pour between two glasses to serve.

Notes

  • If mixture is too thick to blend, add a bit more water starting with 1/4 cup at a time, until you’ve reached desired consistency.
  • Serving size varies based on how much water and ice you add so simply divide between two glasses.
