Pineapple Mango Salsa

This Pineapple Mango Salsa brings the taste of the tropics straight to your table. Use it as a dip or a taco topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple cut into ½-inch pieces, about 4 cups (See Note 1)
  • 1 ripe mango cut into ½-inch pieces (See Note 2)
  • ½ red bell pepper diced
  • ½ small jalapeño pepper seeded & minced, seeds removed for less heat
  • ¼ red onion diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a glass or ceramic bowl, combine the chopped pineapple, mango, bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and red onion. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Add the lime juice, cilantro and salt. Stir again.
  3. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 to 3 days.
