Pineapple Mojito
The Pineapple Mojito is a refreshing cocktail blending muddled fresh pineapple chunks and lime with mint leaves, white rum, sugar-free simple syrup, and soda water. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pineapple fresh, chunks
- 2 lices lime
- 1 mint 8 leaves, spring
- ice
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz simple syrup sugar free
- 3 oz soda water
Instructions
- In a glass of choice muddle the pineapple and lime until the juice is released.
- Add the mint and muddle a couple more times.
- Add ice.
- Then add rum, simple syrup, and top it off with soda water.
- Stir and enjoy.
Notes
- Add pineapple pieces as garnish for extra color and flavor when serving.
- To make sugar-free simple syrup, simmer equal parts water and sugar substitute like monk fruit until the sweetener dissolves, then cool before use.
