Pineapple Pico de Gallo

This delicious Pineapple Pico de Gallo comes together in just 10 minutes with 5 simple ingredients. Serve it with your favorite tortilla chips for an appetizer or over tacos or grilled meats to add a boost of fresh flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ bunch cilantro

Instructions

  1. First, prepare the ingredients by juicing the lime, washing and chopping the cilantro and dicing the pineapple and red onion.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and salt to a medium mixing bowl, stirring to combine. Then, add the chopped cilantro, diced pineapple and diced red onion, giving everything one final stir. Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 8 hours prior to serving.
