Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple
  • ½ small minced red onion
  • 1 small chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 small chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 seeded and finely diced jalapeño
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Juice of one lime
  • salt to taste

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup fresh chopped pineapple, ½ small minced red onion, 1 small chopped red bell pepper, 1 small chopped green bell pepper, 1 seeded and finely diced jalapeño, ¼ cup chopped cilantro, juice of one lime, and salt to taste. Serve with chips.
