Ingredients

  • 1 whole pineapple , (about 4 cups, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup red onion , chopped
  • 1/4 cup white onion , chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper , chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño , deseeded, deveined and minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic , minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before serving.
