Ingredients

  • 2 cups no-sugar added pineapple juice cold
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 pineapple Greek yogurt or plain
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 lime - juice
  • zest of 1 lime
  • fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional
