- 2 cups no-sugar added pineapple juice cold
- 1 banana cut in half
- 2 cups pineapple chunks fresh or frozen
- 1 pineapple Greek yogurt or plain
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 lime - juice
- zest of 1 lime
- fresh pineapple wedges and mint sprigs for garnish optional
