Pineapple Smoothie with Coconut Cream

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple roughly chopped, frozen
- 1 cup coconut cream the amount of cream in an 8 ounces can of full-fat coconut milk, chilled
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Place 8 ounces can of full-fat coconut milk in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- Once the can is chilled, open it with a can opener and scrape the thick cream off the top.
- stopping once you get down to the water (don’t throw it out! It’s great to drink or use in other smoothies!).
- Add the coconut cream, frozen pineapple and the honey to a blender and blend until well mixed.
- Devour!
