Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- Optional add-ins: chia seeds, hemp seeds, protein powder, ground flax, collagen, Greek yogurt, lots of other options
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the carafe of your blender.
- Pulse everything a few times to break up any larger chunks. Then blend on high until very smooth. Serve immediately.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If you have a high-power blender, feel free to skip pulsing and go straight to blending on high!
- You can swap almond milk or another nut milk for the coconut milk in this recipe. It won't have as much tropical flavor, but it will still be delicious!
