Pineapple Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 3/4 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk or almond, coconut or dairy milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Place the crushed ice in a blender. Then add the pineapple juice, orange juice concentrate, cashew milk and vanilla. 3 cups crushed ice, 3/4 cup 100% pineapple juice, 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, 1/2 cup cashew milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  2. Using the "liquify" setting, blend the ingredients for 10-15 seconds, until the ice is completely crushed and the texture is slushy, but smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
