Pineapple Whip Pie

This Pineapple Whip Pie looks beautiful and is one of the easiest things to make. It only takes just a few minutes, too. The next time you need to bring a dessert to a dinner party this is going to be your go to.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce package Cool Whip
  • 8 ounce can crushed pineapple drained
  • 3 ounce package pineapple Jello
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 4 Ice cubes

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a mixing bowl empty package of Jello-o and add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes and cold water, mix until melted.
  2. Add Cool Whip and whisk until blended.
  3. Gently fold in pineapple.
  4. Poor into prepared crust and refrigerate for 3- 4 hours, or until set.
