Ingredients
- 4 pink grapefruits
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 ½ teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced mint leaves
Instructions
- Cut the peel of the pink grapefruits and cut the segments away from the membranes (see How to Segment Citrus Fruits). Place the segments in a bowl, reserve the juice for another use and discard the membranes.
- In a small bowl, combine the boiling water and honey, and stir until the honey dissolves. Stir in the mint leaves and steep for 5 minutes.
- Pour the honey mixture over the grapefruit and toss gently to combine. Serve.
