Vegetables
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks
  • Fennel slices
  • cherry tomatoes
Pinzimonio Vinaigrette
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • salt to taste

Notes

  • You can use your favourite vegetables: cucumber, radishes, radicchio, bell peppers… they all work very well too.
