  • 3 egg pasturized or very fresh
  • 100 sugar 60 g + 3.5 + 2 oz
  • 50 gms icing sugar 1 tbsp + 1.75 oz. + 1 tbsp
  • 1 ¾ tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 tbsp rose syrup Rooh afza
