Pistachio Latte

The Pistachio Latte combines smooth espresso with almond milk, sweetened and flavored by pistachio paste and condensed milk. Heated milk is combined with pistachio and sweetener, whisked to create a frothy texture, then poured over espresso and garnished with thinly sliced pistachios, offering a creamy and nutty coffee experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pistachio paste
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • 6 oz almond milk
  • 2 oz espresso shot
  • 6 pistachios thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Add milk to a small saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil
  2. Add pistachio paste, and condensed milk to a cup.
  3. Pour the hot milk over it and whisk with a frother.
  4. Pour it over espresso, and garnish with pistachios. Give a quick stir and enjoy.

Notes

  • Pistachio paste is best but pistachio butter can be used as an alternative.
  • Adjust the amount of pistachio paste for a nuttier flavor to your liking.
  • To make vegan, substitute dairy-free milk and condensed milk.
  • Add more espresso shots for a stronger coffee taste if desired.
  • Modify condensed milk quantity or swap sweeteners to control sweetness level.
