Ingredients

  • 4 bagels halved
  • 2/3 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 to 4 ounces Mini pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
  2. Place the 8 bagel halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Divide the pizza sauce evenly between the bagel halves, spreading an even layer on each. Top each with cheese, then pepperoni. If desired, sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and the red pepper flakes.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, 10-12 minutes.
