Pizza Bread

Pizza Bread is a toasted wholemeal slice topped with a mix of chopped onion, green bell pepper, sweetcorn, tomato, oregano, crushed chili flakes, and mozzarella cheese baked until melted and bubbly. It combines bread’s crispness with classic pizza flavors for a quick savory snack or light meal.

Ingredients

  • bread Wholemeal
  • onion
  • bell pepper Green
  • sweetcorn
  • tomato
  • mozzarella cheese
  • oregano
  • black pepper
  • chilli pepper crushed

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Toast the bread slices until lightly browned on either side
  2. As the bread is being toasted finely chop the red onions, bell pepper, sweetcorn, and tomatoes
  3. Place the toast on a large baking tray then spread a spoonful of pizza sauce across the toast
  4. Add the red onions, bell peppers, sweetcorn, and tomatoes
  5. Add the oregano and chili flakes then top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on the black pepper
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) gas mark 4 For 6-8 minutes
  7. Serve with French fries and a garlic dip then enjoy!
