Yeast Dough

• 400 gms all-purpose flour you may need a little more, 13.5 oz
• 1 instant dry yeast 7 gms - 1/4 oz, package
• 1 egg
• 200 ml PLAIN yogurt 7 oz
• 100 ml milk 3.5 oz, warm
• 1 pinch salt

Flaky dough

• 150 gms flour 5.5 oz
• 100 gms butter 3.5 oz
• 1 pinch salt

Filling

• cheese I used Swiss
• tomato sauce
• oregano
• salt

Egg Wash

• egg white
• egg yolk; with some milk to brush
