Pizza Sauce
This Pizza Sauce combines olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, and crushed tomatoes with fresh or dried herbs like basil and oregano to create a balanced, flavorful base for pizza. The sauce is cooked briefly to meld the garlic and tomato paste before adding tomatoes and seasonings. Its rich and savory taste enhances homemade pizzas and can also be served as a warm dip. The sauce can be refrigerated or frozen for future use.
