Pizza Seasoning

This Trader Joe's copycat recipe is easy to make in just 5 minutes, and you can keep the homemade spice blend in the pantry for up to 6 months.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated onion or onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons tomato powder optional

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the pantry for up to 6 months.

Notes

  •  
  • Add the optional tomato powder to make a Trader Joe’s copycat recipe for pizza sprinkle. This is perfect if you want to make pizza-flavored snacks and meals.
  • If you simply want to season pizza, you can include the tomato powder, or omit it.
  • To add spice to the seasoning blend, add 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
