Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce Crystal
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups peanuts salted
Instructions
- In a large pot add the butter, sugar, water, hot sauce, chili powder and onion powder.
- Stir well until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Stir in the peanuts until they're well coated.
- Stir, cooking until peanuts are no longer wet, about 3-5 minutes.
- Let cool completely before eating.
