Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce Crystal
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups peanuts salted

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large pot add the butter, sugar, water, hot sauce, chili powder and onion powder.
  2. Stir well until sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in the peanuts until they're well coated.
  4. Stir, cooking until peanuts are no longer wet, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Let cool completely before eating.
