BY THE GLASS:
- ½ ounce grenadine
- ½ ounce simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water dissolved together)
- 2 ounces dark rum
- 1 teaspoon allspice dram optional
- 1 ounce guava nectar
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- queeze fresh lime juice
- 2-3 drops bitters
Garnishes (optional)
- cinnamon stick traditional garnish
- lime wedge
- pineapple wedge
- Cherry
- orange wedge
- Drink umbrellas
MAKE A PITCHER:
- ½ cup grenadine
- ½ cup simple syrup
- 2 cups dark rum
- 1 ¼ ounce allspice dram optional
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup guava nectar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon bitters
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
Instructions
BY THE GLASS:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the grenadine, simple syrup, rum, allspice dram (if using), guava nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and bitters.
- Stir to combine and garnish as you like.

MAKE A PITCHER:
- Combine the grenadine, simple syrup, rum, allspice dram (if using) guava nectar, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and bitters in a large pitcher. Chill several hours or overnight.
- To serve, fill individual glasses with ice, pour the Planter's Punch into the glasses and garnish as desired.
