Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 large plums peeled and pitted
  • 1½ cups frozen strawberries or berries of choice
  • ½ to 1 banana peeled
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 5 Ice cubes or until cold

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Feel free to adjust the ingredients until the desired taste/consistency is reached.
