- 3 to 4 large plums peeled and pitted
- 1½ cups frozen strawberries or berries of choice
- ½ to 1 banana peeled
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup milk of choice
- 5 Ice cubes or until cold
