Ingredients

  • 450 gms polenta I used the instant polenta, 15 oz
  • 1.8 water 7.5 cups
  • 300 gms gorgonzola cheese cut in pieces, 10.5 oz
  • 150 gms fontina cheese sliced, or fontal cheese, 5.25 oz
  • 60 gms butter sliced, 2 oz
  • 30 gms butter melted, 1 oz
  • 70 gms Parmigiano Reggiano cheese thinly grated, 2.5 oz
  • 1.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil to cook the polenta
  • salt to taste
