Pomegranate Guacamole (Christmas Festive!)
Pomegranate guacamole is a festive spin on one of my most loved recipes, guacamole! The vibrant red and green makes for a perfect Christmas appetizer recipe.

Ingredients
- 3 avocados ripe
- ½ small red onion diced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 Jalapeno pepper seeds removed and finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¾ cup pomegranate seeds (divided)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the pomegranate seeds to a mixing bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the ingredients together, until well combined.
- Add 1/2 cup of the pomegranate seeds and stir together. Then transfer into a serving bowl.
- Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of pomegranate seeds and an extra sprinkle of cilantro, for that red and green pop of color.
