- 3 medium on the vine Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 Jalapeño finely diced - seeds and ribs removed
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips.
