Pomegranate Salsa is sweet from the pomegranate arils, spicy from the jalapenos, tangy from the lime juice, and just downright yummy!

Ingredients

  • 3 medium on the vine Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño finely diced - seeds and ribs removed
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Taste and adjust seasonings. Serve with tortilla chips.
