Ingredients

  • 5.3 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 tablespoons Barlean’s Seriously Delicious™ Total Omega® Vegan Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie

Instructions

  1. Place the low-fat vanilla yogurt in a blender pitcher. Then layer in the frozen blueberries, pomegranate juice, and Barlean’s Seriously Delicious™ Total Omega® Vegan Pomegranate Blueberry Smoothie.
  2. Place the top on the blender, and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth in texture. Divide evenly among two cups and enjoy.

Notes

  • Fresh Fruit - You can use fresh blueberries; however, you will need to add ice to the blender.
  • Yogurt - If you don't have low-fat yogurt on hand you can use Greek yogurt. Just know that the smoothie will be tart.
