Pomegranate smoothie

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pomegranate juice
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup PLAIN yogurt (¼c is 4tbsp)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the pomegranate juice, raspberries, frozen pineapple and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can serve either in a glass or in a bowl - I'd suggest using a few pomegranate seeds as a garnish but you could also add eg some chia seeds and coconut flakes.
