Poop Chocolates

Poop Chocolates are simple homemade chocolates made by melting dairy-free chocolate chips combined with melted coconut oil. The mixture is poured into molds or spread out to create bark before chilling until firm. These chocolates have a creamy texture and mild coconut notes, and need refrigeration to maintain shape due to their coconut oil content.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chocolate chips ideally dairy-free
  • ½ cup coconut oil measured in a liquid/melted state, extra virgin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together, in a double boiler or the microwave.
  2. Place mixture into a chocolate mold, ice cube tray or spread on a baking sheet to make bark, place in the fridge or freezer to set and serve.
  3. You’ll want to store the chocolates in the fridge because they will melt at room temp.

Notes

  • Use Enjoy Life brand or similar dairy-free chocolate chips for dairy-free results.
  • Store the chocolates in the refrigerator to prevent melting at room temperature.
  • Allow chocolates to fully harden in the fridge or freezer before serving.
