Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or avocado oil)
- 1 small shallot (microplaned)
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake well. Or add to a bowl and whisk.
- Add a bit more sugar and vinegar to taste.
- Serve.
