Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together white wine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder.
  2. Gradually drizzle in the oil while whisking until incorporated.
  3. Whisk in the mayonnaise and poppy seeds.
  4. Season with salt & black pepper to taste.

Notes

  • Store dressing in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
