Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 2 potatoes diced
- 1 onion diced
- 2 to matoes diced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 ½ tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup cooking oil
- Ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Once hot, pan-fry the diced potato until the exterior turns light brown in color. Remove the potatoes from the pan and set aside.
- Using the remaining oil, sauté onion, garlic, and tomato.
- Add ground pork once the onion softens. Cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
- Pour the soy sauce into the pan and add water. Adjust the heat to low. Cook uncovered until the liquid reduces to half.
- Add oyster sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Put the fried potato back into the pan. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Season with ground black pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and serve. Share and enjoy!
