Dry rub for pork roast, to season pork roasts such as loin, sirloin, tenderloin, ribs, and chops.

Ingredients

  • 1½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ Teaspoon paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Caraway Seeds Whole ground, or Cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon Coriander Seeds Whole ground
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper Ground ground

Instructions

  1. Keep your salt and spices ready. The spices should be all dry ground and in powdered form.
  2. Add the spices and salt to a small mixing bowl and combine.
  3. Dry rub the pork roast seasoning into your meat or store for future use.
