Ingredients
- 1½ cup potato
- 8 radishes
- 2 or 3 scallion, green or spring onion
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- ½ orange
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 pinches celtic sea salt or to taste, for MM as low as possible
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thouroughly and remove bad parts. Cut into pieces. Leave the skin on.
- Steam the potatoes and let them cool down.
- Wash and cut the radishes and spring onions. Mix with the potatoes.
- Mix the chili flakes with the juice of the half orange and the honey. Mix with the potatoes.

- You can also keep cooked or steamed potatoes overnight in the fridge to use the next day.
