Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and thinly sliced green onions to the sauce and stir to combine.
  3. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving. Serve as a dipping sauce for potstickers and other dumplings, spring rolls, summer rolls, or other Asian appetizers.
