Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice (good quality)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt vanilla flavor
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries frozen
- 3 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
- You may need to stop, stir, and run again to get everything blended.
- Add a little extra water or orange juice if it's too thick. Serve immediately.
