Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 pound beef chunks any cut of beef is fine
- 1 cup carrots chopped
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ cup potatoes chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes chopped
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup peas frozen
Instructions
- Put multicooker on medium heat saute mode.
- Melt butter. Add flour and let cook 1-2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients except the peas. Stir to combine.
- Put lid on sealing position and cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Let pressure naturally release.
- Add frozen peas, replace lid, and let sit for 3 minutes.
