  • ½ cup milk Kemps® Probiotic
  • 1 cup milk Kemps® Probiotic, frozen cubes
  • 1 cup Mango frozen
  • 2 cups mixed berries frozen
  • 1 tablespoons maple syrup optional

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients, except the maple syrup, to a high-powered blender and blend on high until smooth and thick. Stir in maple syrup if desired, to boost sweetness.
