Proscuitto Wrapped Mozzarella with Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounce sliced prosciutto
  • 2 ounce mozzarella cheese string cheese

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out individual slices of prosciutto, then lay string cheese over the top.
  4. Tightly roll the prosciutto around the mozzarella.
  5. Serve together and enjoy!
