Ingredients

- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ounce sliced prosciutto
- 2 ounce mozzarella cheese string cheese
Instructions
- Gather and prep all ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out individual slices of prosciutto, then lay string cheese over the top.
- Tightly roll the prosciutto around the mozzarella.
