Ingredients
- 1 10 inch Flour Tortilla
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 ounce pulled pork
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet on medium heat. Add pulled pork, taco seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of water to the skillet. Heat meat, stirring to mix with the seasonings until the water has been absorbed. Set cooked pork aside.
- Clean the skillet and then reheat the pan over medium heat. Add half of butter and heat on medium until it begins to melt
- Add flour tortilla to the pan. On one half of the tortilla sprinkle cheese and pulled pork.
- Cook until cheese begins to melt and then fold the empty side of the tortilla over the cheesy side. Approximately 2 minutes.
- Press down and let cook until cheese is completely melted and the tortilla is lightly browned. Approximately 2 minutes.
- Flip the quesadilla onto your cutting board and let cool for 2 minutes before cutting and serving.
