Ingredients
- 8 ounces pumpkin puree
- 2 large egg
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
- 1 pinch ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Coat a loaf pan with baking spray or grease and flour it.
- Whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until combined.
- In a separate bowl combine the dry ingredients.
- Combine it with the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from loaf pan.
