Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups finely shredded orange cheddar cheese for coating
- 1 small bell pepper stem for the pumpkin stem
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball, then wrap it in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and shape the cheese mixture into a pumpkin shape by creating ridges with the back of a knife or your fingers.
- Spread the finely shredded orange cheddar cheese on a plate.
- Gently roll the cheese ball in the shredded orange cheese, pressing lightly to coat the entire surface.
- Place the coated cheese ball on a serving plate.
- Insert the bell pepper stem into the top of the cheese ball to create the pumpkin stem.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Remove from the refrigerator about 15-20 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

Notes
- For a smoother coating, pulse the orange cheddar cheese in a food processor until it's very finely shredded. You can also use a broccoli stalk for the pumpkin stem.
- You can add 1/4 cup of finely chopped pecans to the cheese mixture for extra crunch and flavor.
