Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bites Recipe
Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bites use canned pumpkin spice rolls cut into quarters, rolled in a sugar and pumpkin spice mixture, then baked in a butter-coated pan. After baking, a glaze made of powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon is poured over warm bites. This results in soft, spiced pastry pieces with a sweet and spicy glaze perfect for an easy fall-inspired treat.
Ingredients
- 17.5 oz Pumpkin Spice Rolls Pillsbury Grands brand, canned
- 3 TB butter melted
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 TB pumpkin spice
Glaze
- 1 c powdered sugar sifted
- 2 TB butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TB milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8x8 pan with cooking spray, and set aside.
- Place pumpkin spice and sugar in a small bowl and mix well. Set aside.
- Cut biscuits into quarters and dip in sugar/spice mixture until coated.
- Place in pan close together and spread melted butter over cut biscuits.
- Bake for 20-22 minutes.
- Mix glaze ingredients until well combined and pour over warm biscuits.
