Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bites Recipe

Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Bites use canned pumpkin spice rolls cut into quarters, rolled in a sugar and pumpkin spice mixture, then baked in a butter-coated pan. After baking, a glaze made of powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, milk, and cinnamon is poured over warm bites. This results in soft, spiced pastry pieces with a sweet and spicy glaze perfect for an easy fall-inspired treat.

Description

This recipe transforms pre-made pumpkin spice rolls into bite-sized treats. The rolls are quartered and coated in a mix of sugar and pumpkin spice, which adds a sweet, spiced crust as they bake. They are arranged closely in a greased pan and brushed with melted butter before baking at 350°F, allowing them to brown lightly while staying soft inside.

The glaze combines sifted powdered sugar with melted butter, vanilla extract, milk, and cinnamon, which is poured warm over the baked bites to create a sweet, creamy topping that complements the pumpkin spice flavor. The small portions make them ideal for sharing or serving as a dessert or snack.
