Ingredients

  • 3 cups (15 oz/426 g) plus ½ cup (2½ oz/71 g) all-purpose flour, divided
  • ¾ cup pumpkin butter
  • 1 cup (4 oz/115 g) powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup (2 oz/57 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (4 oz/115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 tablespoons (1½ oz/42 g) butter, melted and cooled
  • 2¼ teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast
  • ¼ cup (2½ oz/71 g) maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
