Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup brown sugar , packed
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Add pumpkin, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk well until well combined.
  2. Whisk in the heavy cream.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Add to ice cream machine and churn for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Scoop into a covered container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
