Ingredients
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs (1 whole egg + 1 egg white)
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 6 TBS milk (any type)
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
